Who we are: 

In 2017, The Boys & Girls Club of Jackson celebrated its 50th year of service to the youth of West Tennessee. Due to our deep roots, the Club has demonstrated sustainability over its decades of operation and thousands of children have benefited from services. 

The Boys & Girls Club of Jackson is a non-profit organization that offers after school and summer programs for young people, ages 5-18, in Madison & Haywood County communities. All our programs are age appropriate and are designed to meet the needs of developing youth. 

We are dedicated to promoting the education, vocational and health leadership and character development of boys and girls in a safe and caring environment that is professionally staffed. The Club offers award-winning programs to help youth build self-esteem and values, adopt good study habits, stay in school, respect adults and peers, and resist drugs and violence. We encourage and inspire each child to reach their full potential guiding them on a path to a great future. 

We partner with other non-profit agencies to enhance program services to children. We are funded in part by United Way of West Tennessee, national and local foundations, corporate and individual donations, as well as federal, state and local agencies.

We exist "to enable all young people, especially those that need us most, to realize their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens."

Provide a world-class Club Experience that assures success is within reach of every young person who comes through our doors, with all members on track to graduate from high school with a plan for the future, demonstrating good character and citizenship, and living a healthy lifestyle.

For over 50 years, Boys & Girls Club of Jackson has been opening doors of opportunity and preparing young people for a great future. We see possibility in every young person and are committed to being a voice for all youth in West Tennessee.
